Order and delivery
All shipping expenses are fully covered, at no additional cost to you.
We work hard to get your order on its way quickly. US deliveries usually arrive within 6–13 business days, broken down as follows:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days for processing and packaging
- Shipping: 5–10 business days, depending on your address and the courier
Orders typically arrive on time, but delays may occasionally occur. If your delivery is more than three days late, please contact us for assistance.
Once your order with us is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact us through our contact page and we’ll be happy to assist.
Returns and exchanges
Not completely happy with your order? You can return it within 30 days of delivery as long as it’s unused and in its original condition. Please be aware that return shipping fees are not covered.
Please email us at support@evoryn-newyork.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll then provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address.
After your return has been received and reviewed, refunds are usually issued within 10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
Payments & security
Yes. Our website is protected with SSL encryption, and all transactions are handled through secure payment systems. We never store your payment details on our servers.
We provide multiple secure payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. All payments are safely processed in United States Dollars (USD) through Shopify Payments.
Product & order information
If your order hasn’t been sent out yet, we might still be able to update it. Reach out to us as soon as you can. Once it’s shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancel the order.
